Visions of Sicily

Sicily is famous for its ceramics. These plates have been produced using traditional techniques and are rustic in style, with rounded edges and a softly curved shape. They are heavier and more substantial than many modern plates. The colours are vivid and each one has been hand painted in a traditional Sicilian style using lead-free paint. Each plate is produced individually, using bright, modern designs, many of which will appeal especially to children. These plates come in three sizes, making it possible to stack them together in one design or to make a colourful presentation by mixing different designs in one place setting.
